We hope that your preparation must be in full swing for the ensuing examination. On the basis of the examination forms received, Student Evaluation Division (SED) has finalized 10 Examination Centres. Though the exam forms were received for 19
centres but other could not be activated as there were less than 5 students in those centres. The student distribution among the examination centre is given in the attached file as Annexure A-1 and A-2. You may plan your schedule or journey (if required) on the basis of this information. However, the name and address of venue of examination will be given in the hall ticket.
The hall ticket will be uploaded on IGNOU website, www.ignou.ac.in (link may be available on www.ignou-cepm.org) and you will be able to download the Hall Ticket on Tuesday (December 20, 2011)
onwards . I hope you will cooperate for the smooth conduct of the examination.As you are aware, you will be allowed to appear in TEE only for those courses for which you have been able to complete the CAC.
As you all know that the final Term End Examination (TEE) is on December
24, 2011 (Saturday)
and it will be a OMR based computer mediated semi-online examination where you have to read the question from computer screen and answer on OMR Sheet. For this, you need to bring a pen, at least two HB pencil, an eraser and a calculator for the examination.
The STUDENT BOOKLET, a comprehensive document prepared exclusively for you to convey you the format of question paper and the process of registering your answers on OMR Sheet apart from your own particulars, is attached herewith. A sample copy of both sides (Side A and Side B) of OMR Sheet is also attached herewith for your practice purposes.
At the end, even on the cost of repetition, this is to remind you again not to forget to bring two HB pencils, sharpener, eraser, calculator, ball point ink pen and University I Card along with an additional identity proof. |
